I’m gonna get straight to it. Today I was using the DTS software and noticed that there was this scratchy noise that was coming out as long as there was sound. And it would literally build up and up and up as the scratchy noise was getting louder and then go down. And this would just repeat. At first I thought there was something wrong with my headset, so I tried other softwares and no softwares at all.

So the results were that the sound was fine without the DTS software. I didn’t find anything on the internet so here I am. If you do know what this issue is please reach out to me, and if you don’t know then you can still help me by giving me ideas on how to deal with it.

I have the same question 3. Report abuse. Details required :. Cancel Submit. I uninstalled all Realtek drivers and software such as nahmic 3. I’m running on a msi x gaming plus but using a astro tr mix pro amp Plugged in through usb 3. I tried plugging in my turtle pros to the amp and same thing.

It comes and goes. God I thought I was going retarded for a minute but I am assured I am not since reading your post. If it helps any I downloaded this app called krisp which is connected to discord as a third party service that seemed to help during its couple hour free trial.

Also when I enable Nahmic and shut down all running apps and programs like it suggests to do and reopen them it seems to get a lot better. Any more insight would be greatly appreciated How satisfied are you with this reply? Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.

In reply to BKinc’s post on October 10, Oh my god it’s actually pretty nice knowing it’s not just me. It’s about the recent windows update, at least we know that now. Dolby Atmos has also been having problems since the update, so hopefully they’ll fix it and the only thing we can do is wait :D. This site in other languages x.
